Terms & Conditions

Last updated: [add date] Business Name: Lone Pine Digital Location: Wrexham, Wales, United Kingdom

These Terms & Conditions outline how Lone Pine Digital (“I”, “me”, or “my”) provides web development, WordPress builds, branding, graphic design, and website audit services. By working with me or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

I offer web design, WordPress development, branding, graphic design, and website audits. The exact scope of work will be agreed in writing before any project begins.

Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are based on the information you provide. If the project changes significantly, the quote may be updated — but I’ll always discuss this with you first.

Prices are clear and straightforward. No hidden fees, no surprise add‑ons.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed before the project starts. Typically:

  • A deposit may be required to begin work
  • The remaining balance is due on completion
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer

Late payments may incur a reasonable fee to cover lost time or delays.

4. Communication & Feedback

Open communication is important. You’re encouraged to share honest feedback throughout the project. I’ll always be upfront with you, and I expect the same in return.

Revisions are included as agreed in the project scope. Additional revisions may require extra time or cost.

5. Client Responsibilities

To complete your project smoothly, you may need to provide:

  • Text content
  • Images or branding assets
  • Access to hosting or domain accounts
  • Timely feedback

Delays in providing these may extend the project timeline.

6. Project Timeline

I’ll give you an estimated timeline at the start of the project. Timelines may shift if:

  • Feedback is delayed
  • Content is late
  • The project scope changes

I’ll always keep you updated if anything affects the schedule.

7. Website Launch & Handover

Once your website is complete, I’ll provide any agreed training or guidance on how to use it. After launch, responsibility for ongoing updates, hosting, and maintenance sits with you unless we’ve agreed a support plan.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content or assets you provide. I retain ownership of any design or development work until the final payment is made. After payment, you receive full rights to use the work as intended.

9. Third‑Party Services

Some projects may involve third‑party tools, plugins, or hosting providers. I’m not responsible for issues caused by external services, but I’ll help you navigate them where possible.

10. Website Content & Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on any third‑party rights.

11. Liability

I provide services with reasonable care and skill. However, I cannot guarantee:

  • Continuous website uptime
  • Protection against all security threats
  • Performance issues caused by third‑party services

I am not liable for loss of income, business, or data resulting from website use.

12. Cancellation

If you need to cancel a project, please let me know as soon as possible. Work completed up to the cancellation date must still be paid for.

If I need to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be refunded for any work not completed.

13. Privacy

I only store information for the purpose of responding to enquiries or completing your project. For full details, please see my Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this website.
